Ordering online is easy! Just click the Pay Pal button
that appears next to the item you wish to purchase. Pay Pal will then handle payment
information for you through their secure server. Please feel free to contact Jan

during your shopping process. We will be happy to answer any questions you may

If you would prefer to order by snail mail with a cashier's check
or money order (no personal checks, please) we have an order
form you can print out and send to us with your payment.

All orders are carefully
packaged and shipped in padded mailing envelopes. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday
via first class mail, USPS (United States Postal Service). Your order is estimated
to arrive within a week. You may choose to upgrade to Priority Mail which takes
2-3 days, ($6 extra) or FedEx (price to be determined) if desired. Please email Jan
if you would like
to arrange these forms of shipment. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm will
be shipped Monday morning.
Tax
Sales tax
is applied only to orders shipped in Iowa (5.75%)
Returns
We
want you to love what you buy! For that reason, if you are unhappy with your purchase,
you may return any item that is not damaged for an exchange or a refund of the
purchase price within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply indicate the reason
for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package
securely.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured
Parcel Post for shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate
the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have
received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping
costs only if the return is a result of our error.
