What if the sandals are too small or too large?

We’ve designed our sandals to fit as close to the range of shoe sizes as possible, however, in some cases, your sandals may fit too tight or not tight enough. Your satisfaction is our number one concern and we would be happy to exchange your sandals for you. Please return the sandals in a bubble-wrap envelope and indicate which size you would like us to send you.

Would you custom-design a sandal for me?

“Jan and Pat: I received my sandals today and I wanted to say thank you. They are so beautiful, fit perfectly and are exactly what I wanted for my wedding. We would be happy to design a pair of sandals for you in the colors you’ve selected. Drop us an e-mail and let us know what you’d like, indicating what kind of beads to use (shapes, sizes and colors). There will be an additional charge for custom designs. Please email Email Jan or Email Pat.

I am getting married on the beach – can you design sandals for all my bridesmaids in my colors?

You bet! What a great way to accessorize your bridal dresses! Just let us know your wedding colors and we’ll be happy to design sandals for all your bridesmaids in your chosen colors (including your little flower girl). Just contact one of our designers and we’ll be happy to discuss the details and pricing.

What if my sandals break?

If your sandals break, it’s possible that the wrong size was ordered. The sandals are handcrafted using very strong elastic cord, however if you stretch the cord beyond its limitations just to put them on, it’s possible that they could break. If this happens, we would be happy to replace them for you – free of charge – as long as it’s within the first 3 days of receipt of your order. You would be responsible for the postage to return the broken pair to us.

How can I keep my sandals in good condition?

The best way to keep your handcrafted sandals in shape is to treat them gently and avoid stretching them too far. What kind of cord is used in the sandals? We use .7mm Stretch Magic cord in all of our jewelry. This diameter of cord allows us to provide a durable piece of jewelry while at the same time allows us to hand-string the tiny seed beads at the toe that makes them so comfortable to wear.

What kind of beads do you use to make the sandals?

All of our handcrafted jewelry is created with a mixture of genuine Swarovski crystal, Czech glass and metalized spacers. Some of our designs use genuine Sterling silver and 14-karat gold.
